Influence of Internal Structural Parameters on the Inner Flow and Outer Spray Characteristics for Feedback-Free Fluidic Oscillator

Feedback-free fluidic oscillators, relying on the interaction of jets to oscillate, have a wide range operation frequencies and no moving parts, which is promising for future applications. In this paper, sweep angle, oscillation frequency, volume flow rate feedback-free oscillator with cavity width 4.6 mm were measured experimentally, sweeping mechanism was analyzed based internal simulation. The influence impact exit width, shoulder radius external spray characteristics by numerical method. results show that angle frequency are affected throughout increase in from 80° 120°. However, only when SR greater than 0.88 does state change significantly. mainly increases linearly 5.3 mL/s 9.3 as 0.45 0.85 mm. It can be surmised approximately linear distance between hit point centerline.
